Delivery
From iVO, orders over £250+ VAT are FREE to 1 UK address. Less than £250 there’s an £8.80 charge.
In most cases, orders received by midday will be dispatched same day, and most deliveries will arrive with you the day after. If you have an urgent delivery needed we should be able to help – please contact our sales team and we’ll do everything we can for you.
Smaller items will be dispatched via a 1 – 2 day courier, and bulky items will be sent by pallet on a 1 – 2 day service. If you are not sure what method will be used for the items you are looking to purchase, then be free to ask.
And it’s as simple as that!
Returns
If you wish to return your item for any reason, please contact our customer service team to discuss the best method of return, and also to obtain a return authorisation number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
It is likely that you will need to pay the cost of returning the product to us, and the responsibility of ensuring that it is in suitable condition rests with you, the customer.
Refunds
If you wish to return your item for any reason, please contact our customer service team to discuss the best method of return, and also to obtain a return authorisation number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
